Everything was perfect, including a freshly prepared breakfast choice. The rooms were reasonably large and brand-new and beds - very comfy. The staff were amicable and gentle and the location was amazing pretty close to city center.

I was initially concerned about the circulation in the hotel, as mentioned in some previous reviews. However, I found that the layout was actually quite manageable. Yes, there were stairs and an elevator, but it didn't feel confusing once I got used to it. Plus, the fact that the shared bathrooms were located on multiple levels made it more convenient for guests. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel was a remodeled house, as it added a unique charm to the rooms. The modern furniture and cleanliness of the rooms were definitely a highlight. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay at Universo Romantico.
